Tom Schmidt
Principal/Partner
Tom started his career with an entry-level position at a commercial construction company in Minnesota and has accepted many different roles in the field over the past 26 years. More recently, an interest in technology has led him in the direction of building automation, and he is driven to harness that technology to provide comfort and energy savings to each facility. Tom firmly believes in professional development through active learning and frequently devotes his free time to attending web training seminars related to building technologies.
Kristopher Schwab
Principal/Partner
Kristopher adds over 20 years of experience to the Core Facility Solutions team with a broad background and experience with unique facilities and their mechanical and electrical systems. With a strong ability to understand the challenging requirements of indoor air quality, HVAC systems, facility management, facility construction, building commissioning, and energy conservation, he utilizes previous technical experience to listen to his customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire process.
Kory Brown
Principal/Partner
Kory has been in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry for over 25 years. Throughout his experience, he has worked extensively with new and existing facilities to maximize energy savings and improve the overall well-being of buildings. This includes, but is not limited to, boiler replacements, lighting upgrades, direct digital control improvements, window replacements, and roofing replacements.
