Our CORE approach is based upon proven practices that address all project goals, site conditions, along with occupant and staff issues within your facility.  A key factor in the success of any Energy Performance Contracting project is the accuracy of the savings calculations.  Our engineers follow sound practices, based on actual measured data and accepted engineering methods for developing energy savings values.  We follow the industry standards of the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) or International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP). 

Many companies say that they are vendor neutral, but are they?  Are they pushing their controls system, do they truly give you a choice?  We are not affiliated with  any utility company or controls vendor, and therefore we are able to provide objective evaluations and suggest the most cost-effective equipment retrofits for each project.  This impartiality results in working on behalf of our clients to find solutions instead of working for the good of the company to sell products or utility services.  In today’s energy services industry, very few energy services companies can make such a commitment.

The ensuing success of any project is the result of a winning project management strategy.  We have developed a project management approach that allows us to successfully implement multiple projects throughout North Dakota.  We have also been successful, to date, executing our project management plans by ensuring that the projects have been kept on schedule and on budget with “no surprises”.

We take our project management a step further and commission every item or product we install.  We take commissioning to a new level and ensure that everything works correctly from the start.

When you hire professionals, you want to make sure they have the right industry credentials and training.  Our engineering team are members of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and they hold the certification of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) which is ANSI accredited and the gold standard in energy conservation credentials.  The team also holds other credentials and memberships, here are some examples to name a few:
