Kristopher Schwab

Kristopher adds over 20 years of experience to the Core Facility Solutions team with a broad background and experience in dealing with unique facilities and their mechanical and electrical systems.  With a strong ability to understand the challenging requirements of facility management, facility construction and energy conservation he utilizes previous technical experience to listen to customers, develop investment grade energy audits, and then commission the projects to ensure our customer’s needs are met throughout the entire process.

Kory has been in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning business for over 25 years.  Throughout his experience, he's worked extensively with new and existing facilities to maximize their energy savings and improve the overall well being of the buildings.  This includes but is not limited to boiler replacements, lighting upgrades, Direct Digital Control improvements, window replacements, roofing replacements, etc.

Tom is a detail-driven team member who works with the customer and subcontractors to develop and implement the project. 

Tom believes that open collaboration between all project team members is the absolute key to delivering a successful project. Each facility has unique challenges and each team member has individual experiences that can help to overcome any challenges encountered. 

Tom started his career with an entry level position at a commercial construction company and has accepted many different roles in the field over the past 26 years. More recently, an interest in technology has led him in the direction of building automation and he is driven to harness that technology to provide comfort and energy savings to each facility.

Tom firmly believes in professional development through active learning and frequently devotes his free time to attending web training seminars related to building technologies.  He has extensive hands on experience with building control systems from Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, and Siemens.

• OSHA 30 certification
